MARKETING AND NETWORK
The corporate rudder hinges on work of Marketing and Network area (Andrea Stolfa) which defines the Company's current strategy.

The department comprises three units. Network (Andrea Stolfa a.i.) harmonizes fleet deployment with the Company's destination network and flight schedules. Revenue Management (Andrea Gasparri) works to maximize revenues by calibrating fares to varying market conditions; Network Agreements (Aureliano Cicala) manages code-sharing and other accords with non-Group carriers, in line with Alitalia's alliance strategy.
