CENTRALISED SERVICES AND ICT
Centralized Services is made up of about 600 people, mostly located in Rome and to a lesser degree in Naples and Milan. The various services include accounting administration, payroll, occupational health and safety, and ticket sales through the call centre. In addition, a group of computer specialists takes care of the development and maintenance of IT support systems for the above activities.
Computer and Telecommunications Services (ICT) is responsible for promoting the development, operation and maintenance of the Alitalia and Alitalia Servizi computer systems. It supplies assistance and manages the telecommunications network, the overall server infrastructure, the data processing centre (CED) and centralised services. It also deals with the main Web services available on the Internet and Intranet that are of interest to the company and to external users. ICT also develops sales opportunities for offering the computer services and products to third parties. | | |
